Erin Boeck

Erin L. Boeck , Esq.

Erin L. Boeck is an associate attorney with the firm handling a variety of litigation work. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, as well Chapman University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Boeck served on the editorial board of the Chapman Journal of Criminal Justice, and her article addressing the Sixth Amendment as applied to domestic violence prosecutions was published in the Spring 2009 edition of the Journal. Since joining the firm in May, 2011, Ms. Boeck has second chaired two jury trials while maintaining a heavy law and motion practice. To date, Ms. Boeck has argued and won numerous motions and hearings against such heavy-hitter defendants as Allstate and Bank of America, as well as Bank of America's attorneys of record, the thousand-lawyer firm Bryan Cave, LLP. Ms. Boeck is a longtime resident of Newport Beach and spends her free time enjoying the town's beaches and bike paths, as well as all that her neighborhood of Newport Shores has to offer.
